Your orders will only be confirmed after we have received the authenticated payment hence all items will be offered on a first-come-first serve basis.
We do apologize in advance if the items you want to order are no longer available and payment will be refunded accordingly.
The management reserves the right to request for extra verification of payment e.g. a picture of the bank transfer slip or print screen/emails confirmation for online payments.
It is imperative that you keep all transaction records/slips until you have received your purchases.
All cases of suspected payment fraud or criminal activity will be handed over to the authorities and will be dealt with to the fullest extent of the law.
To ensure safe delivery & tracking of all purchased items, Shan & Bee encourage registered postage mailing service at a flat rate of $3 per order and we will bear the balance postage!
For buyers who opted for normal postage $1.50 per order at your own risk, be warned that Shan & Bee will not bear any responsibilities nor refund if the item fail to reach you.
All paid orders that have been authenticated will be sent out the next working day and tracking number will be advice via email.
Here at Shan & Bee, we pride ourselves with sending out items that have passed our quality checks thus we do not accept any refund nor exchange for any items sold.
However if you feel that your order is faulty, please email us immediately after item is received and we will judge based on case to case scenarios.
